As a handbell enthusiast, I have accumulated a significant repertoire of handbell compositions and arrangements. I have also ventured into adapting various genres for handbell ensemble and exploring collaborations with other instruments. Having shadowed Professor Chan Hing-yan for a year, I delivered a lecture demonstration on my works, highlighting the distinctive aspects of composing and arranging for handbell ensemble and sharing my unwavering passion for the instrument.

In my research, I have identified four main areas
The issues in arranging pieces for handbells and other instruments
The ways that the blending is hindered by the distinctive features of handbells
The practical difficulties in arranging handbell music
How to adapt different genres for handbell ensembles
These four areas were examined with the pieces as demonstrations, including the processes of writing, the meanings behind, the performance itself, etc.
